I tried them on pieces of paper and thy cut right through. I tried tomatoes and the same thing, cut through so easily. I used one of the knives on skinning chicken breasts. Omg so amazing, you don’t need any effort, they just cut through chicken like butter. Just amazing! This is my first set of those type of knives and couldn’t be happier! I researched a lot of them and read plenty of reviews. These are my favorites now! Give them a chance and be careful, they are sharp and super useful in the kitchen.
