At first, I did not get this product. I purchased a few Michael Marcus products and have found you really have to visit the brand site and watch the videos to understand how to use them properly. What I found is this product can be used over makeup when the under eye area when looking dry or exhausted, but this product does not play well with all products when applied over them. The under eye products I have found that play well with this product are Benefit Boi-Ing indisttrial concealer (very well) along with Benefits other concealers, IT Cosmetics translucent powder but not many other translucent powders, and Becca concealers which as you may know are no longer available. Tarte Shape Tape does not play well at all with this product. After applying over makeup to wake up and rejuvenate your entire look, the under eye area is instantly hydrated and refreshed. The product works just as promised. I dab onto the area and let it absorb. I was discouraged at first, but experimented over different products and found what works.

Michaels anti fatigue eye mask is amazing ..I love coming home stripping my makeup off and using the masque . My eyes feel cooled and soothed . In summer I keep it in the fridge for extra cooling sensation… it’s perfect for tired eyes
