Well made gas can at a low price
Since this is a metal can, when you screw on the spout, it does not leak gas everywhere, the gaskets seal against the metal body properly. The paint job is good and the plastic spout is long and will bend to go into the gas tank of whatever you are filling without spilling anything. I store gas in my old plastic cans but now use this metal can when I have to put gas in my lawnmowers or tiller, I got tired of the plastic cans leaking over everything.

Well-made
Can appears to be well-made, I was impressed, but have not had the opportunity to use them yet.

It is okay
I like it except the spout for pouring is hard to get sealed.

Surprisingly good find
With plastic gas cans costing near $50 this all metal design works quite well. Purchased one to use as an extended run tank for a generator by connecting a fitting on the bottom and feed hose to the generator. Would recommend this can

Just Like Your Dad's Gas Can
I searched many hours for a gas can that met all my requirements and finally ordered one of these to confirm it actually was a good as it appeared to be. After initial purchase and inspection, it met or exceeded every requirement.1.) Overall, it is well constructed, has an air vent separate from the spout, and most importantly the Spout is a free flow spout, not one of those CARB-compliant disasters.2.) The vent hole has additional metal welded around it providing for almost ¼ inch of thread depth that will not strip out with repeated use3.) The pour spout has both internal and external threading and both are sealed with rubber O-ring type seals4.) The pour spout has sufficient thickness of construction to ensure it will not strip out or become a leak source with repeated use5.) And 6, Both of the wide sides of the can have impression molding that adds rigidity to the design7.) The spout tightly seals with a rubber O-ring with hand strength only. However, it is strong enough to endure a channel lock wrench if you want to add some mechanical tightening force.8.) The spout length and structure are sufficient to ensure easy, rapid refueling, unhindered by one of those CARB-compliant leak-prone spouts (i.e. the type where the vent is integrated within the spout itself).9.) The interior is free of rust but does show evidence of heat-induced “oil smudging” that normally occurs when sheet metal is crimped and welded. If the oil smudging is a problem for you, simply rinse out with a cup of solvent (gasoline) and shake to remove all traces prior to other use.10.) The bottom has sufficient depth to enable hand holds when lifting a full can for refueling purposes. The double crimped and welded seams provide sufficient strength to prevent leaking from drop induced damage.

Works but needs paint
Works exactly as intended. Thin gauge metal but not wobbly and doesn't leak. O-ring cap and plastic breather are both leak free. The only problem I had was not the greatest paint job. The color is Chinese OD green and after a few weeks started having light rust bleeding around all the seems. Not enough to cause problems but enough to effect cosmetics. Definitely want to scuff it up and shoot some paint on it when you first get it. Besides that, well worth the price.

A good sturdy can
It is a good functional fuel can that is shaped like a Jerry Can. It isn’t a good replica of an actual Jerry Can Though. If you’re not familiar with the specifics of an authentic Jerry can, there are historical videos available online. That being said this can works great! I like the spout that hides away inside the can .

Old fashion
Hard to find old fashion fuel can with vapor release and seams made in a more logical way, well welded. It is surprisingly light weight, which makes me a little nervous about its long term beating/use.
