Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good value for the money. Functionality: These are pretty well made, I did not experience the same issues as others that have reported with excessive play in the tightening mechanism. Accuracy: I took 1 star off simply because the inside calipers have a slight ripple defect, perhaps when these were ground to shape/heated and are not entirely even. Not a big deal for me, a simple adjustment in the vice is all it took to even the caliper out. The other 2 calipers were good with no issues.

I bought this set to help match my intake runners while porting my cylinder heads and intake manifold. They worked out perfectly and always had a calipers that worked to accomplish all my needed port size comparisons. They seem sturdy and held up to my use thus far.

Great little tools for helping with porting heads

Pretty crude caliper set. The arms get hung up on the screw whenever you adjust them and I had to file the ends to a point. Three stars because they were inexpensive and I got what I paid for. The quality is one star.
