If you’re questioning, just buy it!
I don’t ever write reviews but it felt necessary for this product. Quick background, i have been biting my nails since i am able to remember (im now 21). My parents told me i always had my hands in my mouth as a kid and then as i got older it changed to biting my nails. My mom used to put hot sauce on my nails, I’ve had teachers call me out for it, I’ve had doctors and dentist lecture me about how bad it can be and nothing would change my mind. I’ve tried at least 10 different products since i started my 8th grade year and none of them worked. All of the products were either not bitter enough and i would bite my nails anyways or the taste would wash off as soon as i got my hands wet. This is the only product i have found that actually has an unbearable taste and stays on after washing my hands. I’m about a week in, the first day i did the dishes after dinner and took a shower, after i put them in my mouth and the taste was still awful. Obviously it takes time to see improvement but I can already tell that I have no desire to put my hands near my mouth. I really thought that this was a habit that i was never going to be able to kick but after trying this product i think it’s going to be a lot easier than what i thought. The only con of this product is that the taste gets on everything but it’s definitely worth it if it’s going to break my habit.

Best on the market!
I have been using anti-nail biting products for about 10 years. I know what you were thinking… An adult woman can’t stop biting her nails without a product after 10 years?! Please don’t judge me. 😂This continues to be my favorite anti-bite product. It doesn’t smell, but there is something about the taste that the second it hits my lips I reminded not to bite.I have tried a few different kinds just to see if there is something better on the market and nothing else has measured up yet.Because of this product, I have strong nails. Prior to using this product I had bitten my nails for the first 30 years of my life. I would have NEVER guessed I could have nice looking nails after so many years of relentless biting.I would also recommend this product if you have kids who might their nails. This stuff tastes nasty and precuts anyone from biting!I know this one is a tiny bit more extension than some of the others but it works so it’s 100% worth it.Want normal nails? Buy this. Use this. Repeat. It’s like magic.

So effective that two days of use completely stopped a life-long nail biter
I’ve bitten my nails my entire life. I bought this polish in January of this year. I used it for about two days and the taste was so terrible that I stopped using it and it’s put me off biting my nails completely. Almost 11 months later and I haven’t bitten my nails once! Hopefully it’ll do the same for you.

Works Well for My 6-Year-Old
This nail-biting deterrent works great for my 6-year-old. It keeps his hands out of his mouth until he washes them or uses hand sanitizer. I even started putting it on his football gloves, baseball mitt, etc. LOL. It definitely gets the job done, and I’m glad it helps curb the habit!
