I purchased five. In the first photo, I washed the right ones once, that shows the white flaking that they come with. Then in the later photos, you can see what it looks like with a second and third wash (the purple colors come through more) but once they dry they do go whiter again. I ended up washing them three times to get them to a natural color. I think they look realistic and I like the size of the bushel they come in. I would recommend this Lavender product.

These are really pretty, and they do look real. I saw a review where she was talking about how they shed...well if you take them outside and shake them the loose ones will shake off. I think that's what makes them look real. Couldn't be happier. The value is really good also. I've been looking at them online for a while and this price is good. You also get plenty in one order to do a full looking vase. Sometimes that is not the case. Love these flowers. I ordered a stoneware jar on Amazon to put them in. Love them

I started with the yellow tulips and loved them so I also purchased the orange ones. They are really nice for the price. They do come in a squeezed ice cream. One shaped plastic which squeezes them but my first two riders did fine once removed.I ordered a white and red set for Valentine's Day this year and again squished. This time, maybe because they were cold from being outside, the leaves started falling off and the flower didn't bounce backI decided to try what other people wrote and put them in warm water. I actually soaked them in a bowl. That did the trick. I gorilla glued the leaves on that I had pulled off and the rest were fine.I love them.

You need to know - some of these flowers are really good. Some of them are awful. I chose the turquoise tulips from this seller and they're not fit to display anywhere. They're not turquoise, not even near, and they look dead. (It's gotta be quite hard to make them look dead when they don't after all die...)Having said that I've ordered quite a few others - some pink tulips that aren't bad, and a whole bunch of calla lilies over the past couple of years from various different sellers that were amazing. Even the ones in colors you wouldn't normally expect to see them. I guess you just have be careful with the individual sellers.

Dave's wife:Only 4 stars due to the flocking. I didn't realize that the flocking would be so powdery and messy. I had to brush off the bulk of it. It looked like dandruff to me, and I think it detracts from the otherwise nice color.I also though these were individually stems, but they come together into 1 plastic stem, like the kind used for sticking into styrofoam.That makes it look really fake. I cut them off just before that point.I'm not sure if I'd buy these again. They're okay for what I needed them for (home decor).

I was happy I read the reviews, so I wasn't upset when they did arrive with this white stuff on them. One reviewer said she had washed them 3 times to get the white gunk off before use, and that's exactly what I did. I washed them 3 times (each wash you have to let them dry, then wash again) - after that they did get vibrant and worked for the bouquets I used them in, add a touch of whimsical vibe

One of my worse purchased ever. Whoever prepared this package wrapped these poor tulips so tight that it ruined it beyond repair. I tried running water to help put these flowers back in shape as recommended by others, but sadly, they are beyond help. The green leaves easily fell off. Just awful. Useless.

I purchased the lavender bouquet to make a bathroom wreath display. First off it came in five plush bundles. Much to my surprise I was able to make four more decorative pieces. The powdery substance on the lavender plants make the florals look more realistic. I don't mind it. It gives the wreath a soft muted real look. I am happy with the outcome

Tulips are good quality but you need to buy two dozen to make the arrangement look good.
