Though the wrist strap is adjustable the hook length is not. They were too long for my hands and the curve sat under my fingers not my palm making it uncomfortable to hold and they would slowly slip out of my grip unless I tighten the straps till they almost cut off my circulation. The design is good and I'm going to continue with these till I find one that fits me better.
