This is a very similar model to a lot of different cell phone holders but I find the metal arm is a lot sturdier and is able to hold my iPhone 7 quite nicely.I had an issue with the mounting nut breaking and I contacted ZTON. They sent me a replacement without much issue. Fast response and fast shipping on a whole new cell phone holder.

I anchored this to my treadmill so that I can catch up on emails and texts when I am doing some work outs. The large clip easily grabs the wide rail on the treadmill.- The long mechanical arm is FIRM, yet still flexible. It grabs, and does not slip, regardless of movement.- The jaws of the device accommodate iPhone MAX, or regular sized smart phones also.- The device does not come loose and need constant adjustment due to user movement of the phone.- The jaws are grippy, and the phone does not fall out or move once it is put in there.Basically once it is in place, you can just forget it and use it every day. We've had it for a few months now and it has only needed one modification.Note: The glue which is used to attach the (red) rubber pads mounted to the jaws, will come off. They use bad glue. The good news is that if you have good glue (ie, Gorilla Glue, any CA glue, etc), then you can permanently fix these rubber pads. Because they will fall off fairly easily, until you fix it.Hence, my 4 star review. Recommend.

Love how strong the metal clip and the flexible and bendable arm is. Better than expected. Best one of that kind. My daughter also uses it to hold up her school papers and such off the table and up to eye level. Saves her neck! 100% recommend

Its not horrible, my only complaints are flexibility and length. Though the sturdiness of the product is alright, the flexibility stinks. You really need to use muscle to bend it. With the purpose i was going to have it serve it was not long enough to reach the length i needed to reach. It looked longer in the photos. But overall not a completely horrible product.

This product is flawed by design. Broke on me day one. The tightening ring is poorly built and broke with no pressure added. The clamp is unstable and damaged my desk. The neck is too stiff and you need two hands to manuver it once clamped, and it will not stay clamped. I can redesign this myself, making it a better product. Gluing the tightening ring will not help; the ring will screw on but never enough to hold the weight of a phone on the ball head.

We recently bought a 5th-wheel trailer that came with a back-up camera. The problem was how to view the monitor without obstruction our view. We live in Arizona and we planned a six-week trip through several mid-west states. The typical suction cup mount would not stay attached to the windshield. I looked at several options to clip onto air vents, stand on the dashboard, etc. This allowed me to clip onto part of the console and position the monitor lower than the field of view while driving, but still glance at it as we changed lanes or backed into our camping site. The arm is very strong and holds the monitor in any position we put it. The clamp is easy to put the monitor in without interfering with the antenna. We are able to adjust the angle of the monitor as needed and quickly remove it as we park. This was a perfect solution to a new problem of how to view a monitor. Great product.

Phone holder is not firm and it’s cheap quality

Bass clip as good as strong can mount anywhere holds almost any size phone stiff cable still using it a little more than 2 years.

Love it it work so well

The clip to attach this to a table or where ever had sharp edges....there are cushioned pieces within the clips, however they don't cover the sharp edges of the clip. I'm worried this will scratch things and so I feel the need to put a cloth in-between the clip and the table....which is disappointing.The rest of the unit seems strong and good quality

Love it. Works great for nail art videos. You have to coil it at least once for it to hold my iPhone up without it dropping down from weight of phone. The clip works great over my iPhone case and pop socket

First of all, it is of very small size and as soon as we attached phone with it, it was falling down.

This item came with an extra collar for the ball connection… I imagine it can break if it’s overtightened… Thoughtful. It also has a couple of nifty little socks to prevent damage to your table on the clamp. The gooseneck is very stiff, which is good, but not meant to be torqued in every direction and put stress on the other parts without managing them… In other words, bend the snake the way you want it while holding close to the clamp on each side… It will prevent stress and probably breakage. I really like it.
