MobilDTE 24, Hydraulic Oil Light, 1 gal

This oil is specified for the gearboxes on old American-made South Bend lathes. Previously, I had to buy it in small quantities from specialty vendors who repackage it. Buying a gallon not only saves a lot, but I know that they oil is what South Bend specified.

Bought for my dad. He says it works well and was a good value for the price.

Shipped to my neighbors business, but I ended up getting package the next day. shipped quickly & same product required by my machine.

This is the fluid my Dake hydraulic press calls for and it seems to be the right stuff. After rebuilding the workhead, for the first time since The press was built in 1949, I'm glad to know the right fluid is in it. Should last another 70 years.

I always use Mobil products when I can get them because you know what your getting and you can depend on the outcome.

This is the lubricant the manufacturer of my machine suggested.
