This book is a complete was of money. The most basic information in this book and it's priced much higher than it should be. It's a very short read with very little knowledge. Should be priced at $5.00.

I was very much looking forward to reading this book. However, when the book arrived, I was very surprised how thin the book was, given the complexity of purchasing and operating a hotel AND the price I paid for the book. This is a very high level (at 36,000 ft) information book. I would recommend ‘100 Tips for Hoteliers’ as it is much more comprehensive, easy to read, and cost less than this book. ‘100 Tips..’ also includes explanations of development should an investor want to develop their own hotel.
