I use this...
I use this......and it's sibling, the "tart cherry flavor" version, as a pre workout drink before a 70 minute lap swim.Much of this review is the same as that other flavor with a few changes, as, essentially it's the same supplement........I think it helps me do a better swim.I will say that there are other supplements and BCAA drinks at work before and during the swim, but I do think this helps. This has, what is to me, a pretty large amount of L-Arginine; 5000mg.I've been taking L-Arginine for years, but more like about 1800mg per day. This also has some other elements that, dosage wise, are pretty massive:B-12 for example; 20833% of the daily dosage....hmmm...I did a couple searches about that; one website suggested 500mcg (the amount in a serving of this) could be considered generally safe and the body will just throw off any excess and not absorb it.Another website was not quite as comforting; you may wish to do your own searches or discuss with your trusted medical professional. This is sweetened with xylitol, stevia and monk fruit. The carb content for a serving is 6 grams; for me, that's pretty high; about 1/4 of my daily target intake of carbs.Xylitol is a sugar alcohol and if you do "net carbs" can be subtracted from the total carbs, but only if you know how many grams of xylitol there are per serving, and that info is not listed on the container or the product page. I submitted an "Amazon Answers" question for the partner product, same product, but Tart Cherry Flavored, but did not receive a response from the seller; disappointing. In any case, as I said, I think it helps me with the swim workout. The package instructions suggest that we mix one scoop with 10 ounces of water. Because I want more hydration than just 10 ounces, I mix it with 20 ounces of water. At that ratio, the intensity of flavor is very mild, but again, that's my choice.I start with 10 ounces of bottled water and pour it in a 20 ounce bottle.I pour one scoop of this powder over the water, cap the bottle and shake it.At that product/water ratio, I get a kind of "vitamin-eee" taste.Initially, there is a slight bit of product settling; a few more shakes and the product is integrated well.In that context, it mixes well using a NOT shaker bottle.I then top it up to the full 20 ounces. At 10 ounces per scoop, the flavor intensity is about a 4 on a 10 scale; even less so with 20 ounces of water; made like that, it's like I used a "water enhancer" as opposed to a flavored drink mix.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

Another good blend of ingredients, and also GMP certified
One of two very similar supplement drink mixes from this brand (with two different flavors) targeting the Cardiovascular system - this one more specifically supporting blood flow as well as cardiovascular health. It is very similar to the Cardio Heart Health mix with some differences in compositiin and balance of ingredients. Both have 1000mg L-Citrulline (which converts to L-Arginine in the body) and 5000mg L-Arginine, which together help help enhance blood flow by increasing increase NO (nitric oxide). The proprietary blend in this mix is a bit different in balance and contents from the other Cardio mix.. This one includes fulvic minerals which are natural, nontoxic, water-soluble elements found in decomposed organic matter often from prehistoric plant sources. Fulvic minerals have been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine and have many benefits. This mux does not provide vit K2, which is necessary for the absorption and utilization of D3 (provided in this supplement) and I don't understand why. It does provide grape seed and grape skin extracts which are very helpful for the vascular system, bloodflow and reducing clotting. It is important to understand that the anti-clotting effects of these extracts and other supplements can compound each other, and can also potentiate blood thinners, so caution is needed.I am glad to see this one also utilizes the active form of B12, methylcobalamin. Again, I would like to see a much larger dose as this product is ingested, rather than sublingual, and intestinal absorption if B12 is quite limited. I take my methylB12 sublingually as a result. I am happy to see the D3 form of vit D is used, as this is much more available to the body than D2, though again, K2 is missing here to help the absorption and utlization of D3. I also much prefer a higher dose of Vit C. Overall this product has a good blend of ingredients. One concern I have is these propietary blends do not reveal the amount of each ingredient. This can cause issues if already taking one or more. For instance, if one is already taking hawthorn, it's rather important to know how much more is in this supplement. Since I already utilize Hawthorn and grape seed and grape skin extracts, I will need to be extra cautious in using this supplement. This has the GMP certification, which tells me they take their product seriously enough to ensure it meets at least GMP standards. As I puzzled in my review of the Cardio Heart Health mix, I am finding it hard to choose between the two. I think I will try alternating them every other day.
