The chair feels heavy—how easy is it to carry when folded?

Weighing just 7kg, Extra Tall Folding Chair offers 30% more stability than ultralight models. When folded it measures only 127 × 20 × 20cm and comes with an shoulder‑strap storage bag, so you can carry it one‑handed to your luggage rack with ease.

What is the weight capacity? What if I exceed the limit?

The Director Chair has a safe load capacity of 150 kg, well above the 120 kg standard of comparable products. If you have a larger build or tend to sit forward, simply shift your center of gravity back and keep your feet flat on the ground.

Why does it feel too high when I sit on it? What is the actual seat height?

The Extra Tall Folding Chair has a seat height of approximately 28.5in/72.5cm, specifically designed for taller users or use with high tables (e.g. camping tables, bar tables, bird‑watching stools).

I find the backrest too straight and uncomfortable—what can I do?

The Extra Tall Folding Chair’s high, upright backrest is engineered to support your shoulders, neck, and lower back. If it feels too rigid at first, add a memory‑foam lumbar or neck pillow at your waist or neck area.

Why is the packaging larger than expected?

The outer box is slightly oversized to protect against impacts during shipping. Upon delivery, remove the chair and place it in the included Oxford storage bag to restore its compact size for easy storage and transport.
