It does as described but certain features are not continuous. This is better for the user that wants to track steps and the calories burned associated with the steps. It can monitor your heart rate in a continuous manner but does not calculate the calories burned all day, like when you ride an exercise bike. Blood pressure monitor is fairly accurate. The software is decent and has more of the standard features associated with activity trackers for steps. If you want a basic pedometer that you can use as a watch then this is a good choice. If you want to monitor ALL calories burned regardless of activity (any type) or not so that you can determine basal metabolic rate to support your fitness/weight loss goals then this is not the choice.

Have owned this tracker for about 3 weeks and love it! The dial is easy to read. It seems to accurately track activity. I had tow Fitbits that both died and replaced them with this and very, very happy!Updated review: I am not rough on a watch/tracker, but somehow the edge of the crystal face became chipped. I have seen others with the same problem. Now, whenever I go from the air conditioning into the humidity, the glass becomes cloudy. The edge of the crystal is actually raised above the watch housing, which is how it gets damaged so easily.

The product lasted for one week before a big massive crack when across the face of the watch. Plus I also noticed that it has certain communist tracking spyware such as WeChat and several others. These apps are known for tracking pretty much everything from the people you're calling, your posting on things such as Facebook stealing credit card information. Sad thing is it's not even a secret anymore. you could go on Google and hear it straight from the horse's mouth. And this is entity has lately been kidnapping people from foreign land. people who are not Chinese citizens. This product should be banned from the USA.

I’ve been through 3 smart watches! And finally I found one as simple as I like it! All I’m really looking for in a smart watch is to alert me when I get a text or a call. That’s it lol. I don’t really use the other features and to be honest they’re not 100% accurate but pretty close. This watch is really accurate when I receive a text or when I get a phone call. Sometimes it would alert me before my phone does and that’s exactly what I want. The only reason why I’m not giving this 5 stars because it does get quite annoying when it randomly disconnects from my phone but it’s not all the time. I will definitely be buying another one in the future 👍🏼

Was ok for the price until it stopped working a couple of months in. Inquiries to customer service got a request for the order number (quickly provided) and thereafter yielded no reponses at all. This is an inexpensive product but do not confuse with a product backed by a company that cares about customer support.

This is a surprisingly great watch and fitness tracker. Really good quality and accurate as far as I have seen. I always get compliments on it and it is really cool. The only thing that is a big downfall is that the app that goes with it is not good at all. Otherwise, I would recommend if you're looking for an affordable way to keep track of steps, cals, heartrate, etc!

I got this on Nov. 4th. Not much exercise yet. Till now, there already have two broken spots of the edge of glass surface. I also see a shallow flaw on the surface from the edge to the center. Quality of that surface is too cheap. Randomly, I see some false alarms about heart rate even I sat there quietly. Other parts work fine. Strongly

1. The setup instructions are crap. The instruction for six languages are on one sheet. I don't believe they were written by a flutent english speakerthey simply make no sense. it seems like the writer assumes you know what they are talking about because the explanations given are terrible.2. Blood Pressure and Heart Rate Monitor are terrible. I followed all the instructions and could not get them to measure while I was wearing the monitor. They did work if I took it off. I would get the error "Please wear properly" in the app when I tried to measure while wearing the monitor.3. I bought my wife a different brand fitness monitor a week before I bought this one. If I had not done that I would not have known how badthis one is. I read the good reviews and believed them. A fitness monitor you have to take off to measure heart rate is useless.4, The app for this monitor is ok. basically since it cannot measure heart rate while wearing it the app gets no data.
