Luteolin 100mg, Mast Cell, Histamine + Brain Support, 120 Capsules

Love this brand of Luteolin. I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and Luteolin is a natural mast cell stabilizer that’s often gentle for people with MCAS unlike some other natural mast cell stabilizers. For me, this brand is MCAS-safe - no triggering ingredients in it and great quality. I also love that each capsule is only 50 mg. With MCAS, you always have to start low and anything above 50 mg would be too high to start with for me. Along with the other things I take, it’s helping me with skin reactivity, rashes, facial bumps that enlarge when rubbed, burning skin sensations, etc, calming neuroinflammation, helps vascular and tissue sensitivity, and many, many other things with my MCAS and how my MCAS affects my other conditions.

I just started taking this supplement for the first time, so no "results" to report yet. But appreciate Doublewood's supplements: 120 capsules at 100 mg each. It crosses the blood brain barrier so I'm trusting it will help whatever it is my brain seems to need right now. I am 82 y/o and glad to get any help I can!

Since large quantities of Luteolin are difficult to obtain by eating enough vegetables and fruits, I am pleased to have found this Double Wood product. I take one 50 mg capsule in the morning with breakfast and a second 50 mg capsule in mid afternoon. This seems to work the best for me. I must say that I appreciate the quality and fair price of this product and the decreased pain in inflamed areas. It seems my thinking is clearer and quicker as well.

I have used Double Woods luteolin for the past couple of months and feel that it has been helpful in keeping my focus and alleviating brain fog. I feel it is a quality product that I will continue to use.

I like Double Wood and recently became acquainted with them. I am using this supplement to reduce food sensitivities. I think it does help. I react to collagen, except if it is in a broth form. It reduces the histamine load when I take them.

Luteolin was suggested to me by a naturapath doctor for my allergies , as I cannot use OTC antihistamine drugs due to adverse effect for long term us. I was already using Vitamin C and quercetin but they were only effective for seasonal allergies but not very effective for food allergies. I found that Doublewood Luteolin has really a good price . It has been 2 weeks since I started it , and I can definitely say that I have much less allergies to eggs and dairy as it decreased the mucus production and I feel much better even I consume these foods.

Normally my average sleep is 5-6 hours a day. When I took this in the morning, I was sleeping 12+ hours a day. Timing is everything? It is obviously very powerful so I have decided to stop until I discuss this with my physician. Maybe taking it at night would be better.

I thought the price was too good to be true. Well it is. As each capsule has only 50mg so you need to take two to have a full dose. The brand I bought previously had the full 100mg in just one capsule. Be aware of that.
