Hi will it come with the cables to connect the panel and and batteries or do I have to buy them seperately?

It doesn't come with cables, you can get them at harbor freight tools, they're really cheap... even the flea market, you'll be surprised.

What are the battery settings and number?

Seems to be conflicting information. According to their video: B01: Temary Lithium(?) B02: Lead Acid and 4cell lithium B03: Water battery or colloidal (Gel) battery None of the settings seem to mean much of anything anyway. Just set your charge voltage.

what is the load on/off range? I am looking for the load off to be around 13v to 14 and the load on to be 13v to 14.2v

It is preprogrammed. You can find it when you go through the menu. 10.7 to 14.2.

I discarded the box prior to downloading the app and connecting the device. Is there a way to find the serial number?

There should be a number or a barcode or maybe even a QR code on the device itself that number would correspond with the number on the box they generally don't rely on the box it's on the device
