I had read some bad reviews on this product and purchased it anyways. I used it twice so far and like it. The metal does not warp under the heat. The grill fits snug in the tray, even after putting two parchment paper under. Cleaning the mesh grill is a mess but I was able to clean it well using a thin brush.

The product are great.

Title says it all. The rack (in my case) doesn't actually fit snug inside the tray so half if it is 'tilted' (as you can see in the image)Just a massive pain I have to go out my way to get one that fits now/re-receive/return etc.

Die Lieferung hat dann doch eine Woche gedauert und dann kam auch noch die Ernüchterung, wegen der miesen Qualität. Zerbeult war die Schale, die aus wirklich einfachstem Alu-Press-Blech ist. Der Rost ist okay - passt aber nicht einmal genau in das Blech. Wenn der Rost innerhalb des Bleches liegt hängt ein Füßchen des Rostes immer in der Luft und kippelt. Die Rundungen des Rostes passen nicht zu denen des Bleches, so kann es ja auch nicht kippelfrei funktionieren. Ich erwarte keine Spaltmaßperfektion und Fertigungskontrolle wie bei einem Lexus LFA, aber neeee...Direkt eingepackt und Retour, leider.

Solidly built with good welds, these racks actually fit US standard Nordic Ware manufactured quarter sheet pans. What more could you need?Having made the jump to half, quarter and eighth sheet pans in my kitchen, these are incredibly practical and get almost daily use.

This is ok but not great. I've got the half sheet. The rack seems pretty solid but the metal tray is just too thin to hold its shape, mine warped after just 2 uses. This makes it hard to slide into the oven, so I'm not sure how long it will be usable for. Lightweight for sure, but definitely not heavy duty.

I bought these for roasting food in the oven. I find it a pain having to turn chips, rashers, and sausages in the oven and these racks eliminate the need to do so.I intend to use them for the purposes of dehydrating food too but my one effort so far didn’t go very well. My beef jerky was inedible. My technique may have been bad though :).
