Does this have any start up sound or voice saying “power on” or “Bluetooth connected im looking for something completely silent ?

Yes it says "connected". However it only connects when you start the radio in aux mode, switch to radio when you have it connected and it doesnt work. The idea is you play Spotify or YouTube.
