Pendaflex Globe-Weis 19-Pocket File Express Case (11170) (Colors May Vary),Assorted Colors, Legal

I've spent several months looking for a replacement organizer for this new year. But I had no luck. All my local stores no longer carried this particular organizer. I finally decided to dig for it on Amazon, and I hit paydirt! This Globe-Weis/Pendaflex Globe Weis 19-Pocket File Express Case is an excellent size. It has just enough pockets for basic-bill filing. It's legal-size so that it can hold longer bills/invoices, no problem. This case is well made and very sturdy! It has a better handle on it than my last year's model! The pockets seem to be a thicker card stock material than last year's model. This case is small enough to put in a corner and not trip over. It is not necessarily stackable, but are sufficiently compact to store side-by-side. I recommend this product for most household filing. These filing cases do expand, but they do have their limit to how far you can stretch them. Therefore, these cases may not work as efficiently for business filing. I do own my business, which is small, and these cases work well for me. However, if you have more than a household's worth of filing to do, you may want to consider a banker box.

I owned a Pendaflex file case for many years. I empty it mostly out each January to file for the present year. It was time for a new case. This was the 2nd one I purchased hoping it was a fluke, and the latch was detached on both of them. I need to find a new style because when I went to a Staples store to find one, It was very cheap with paper thin dividers.

As far as color goes, I received mine in forest green. I didn’t mind a random color. It works perfectly for what I need it for and is replacing the one I’ve had for over 20 years by the same brand. I don’t use this daily. It basically stores my important documents for quick access as I need them.

The exterior was nice, and sturdy, with a good latch BUT very little room in each section to file more that 5 or 6 pages. For instance, I put my insurance paperwork in one section and it took up the whole section,

Very strong good quality with plenty of slots and space. Easy to move around and use and wonderful for anyone like me who likes everything so well organized. I've bought two so far, Would highly recommend.

We are getting the kids papers (medical, banking, etc...) in order and this file folder is perfect. Each kid has one so they can take it when they eventually move out. Hopefully. Eventually.
