great product for a reasonable price.
We did a long sidewalk from the street to the backyard and gave it 3 coats. It looks fantastic and the water sealer was really easy to apply.

Durability assessment takes time
Product arrived on time. It is a concentrate so mixing with water is required. Once mixed the product is thin and spreads easily. I applied three coats but never achieved a gloss finish. So I lightly sanded with fine sandpaper and applied yet another coat. Still not glossy, but acceptable. The key question new is will it last for five years out in the weather? Only time will tell.

Looks great
I used a sprayer then went back over with a roller before it dried. It gives it a really cool look like it's still wet hence the name. Get a sprayer that works with this type product and a roller. Worked for me. I tried just a roller and it took too long for me.

This was like pouring water on my slate stone.
This was by far one of the worst products I have ever purchased, I poured on one coat it dried and looked as if i put nothing on so I poured on next coat same thing happened 3rd coat absolutely zero shine. I just tried it on one stone. Note i power washed the stone last week in preparation of pouring sealant on this week. Also note my plan was to put sand in the crevices but i was so excited about the advertisement I could not wait to try it out. I was sorely disappointed. Please spend your money on another sealant product. I cannot even give this a rating because it did not do what it advertises.

Ok Product - Not Great
This stuff didn't work as well as i hoped. It advertises a glassy look that it water repellent but when done things looked wet/damp but not Glossy. It does bead up water and appears to be semi-repellent but it isn't the finish i was looking for when doing this. Something to keep in mind if trying this stuff out.

Turns White in Rain
Gloss Sealer turns milky white when it rains. The water does not "bead up" on the glossy sealer. The glossy sheen is slightly apparent in full sun.I started sealing with "Concrete Sealer" instead of "Glossy Sealer" but ran out of concrete sealer so I switched to Glossy Sealer. I now have two sections of concrete. The Glossy Sealer sections turn milky white when it rains. I let it completely cure and "weather in" for a couple months then I pressured washed the concrete to remove the sealer to start over with a better sealing product. The pressure washing (2,800 psi) did not remove the milky white coating.HOW DO YOU REMOVE GLOSSY SEALER FROM A CONCRETE DRIVEWAY???
