No, this not a new one
This is not a new one. They send me the one with torn package and the wheel full of dirt!! This is not professional at all. Moreover, 3 wheels are not working.

Got two sets and only half of them worked
I like how they were made but in the end only half of them work and they were too small not thick enough for my longboard so they were a waste of money
