Boston Fruit Slices began as part of the H.W. Powers Candy company in Boston. They were the first company to make and sell fruit slices in America. The product line was purchased by an employee and Boston Fruit Slices (the company) was born. We were located northeast of Boston in the town of Lawrence, MA for almost three decades. Today, Boston Fruit Slices are still handmade in small batches, and packed at our new home in North Carolina, in the same traditional manner we did 80 years ago. Their distinct appearance make them instantly recognizable, and for many, bring back happy childhood memories. Our jelly gourmet fruit slices closely resemble actual fruit pieces in size, taste and color. Our new facility and all our products are completely allergen free!

The WORST CANDY EVER!!!!
We ordered 22 boxes for a convention and this candy is soooo bad!!!! The sugar melted and the candies are translucent, tastes awful. Because it’s a food product it cannot be returned. So disappointed, speechless!!!!

Even though they are not expired and are individually wrapped, every one of these are hard as a rock and inedible.

I absolutely love fruit slices. These are so hard to bite through and there is no way to return them. Sadly, a waste of money as I had to spit out more than I could chew.
