Great quality, quick set-up
The quality was great. Colors were vibrant. Quick decoration for my office mate for his birthday. Material is sturdy. Will be able to reuse for another birthday celebration ( the banner, not balloons, of course).

Awful.... Don't purchase
DON'T PURCHASE. The powder on the balloons burned my lips and throat. The dye on the balloons rubbed off on my hands. Balloons had holes in them or kept popping. I am extremely dissatisfied.
