PHYTO Phytoelixir Intense Nutrition Shampoo, 1.7 Fl Oz

I’ve used Phyto shampoo for over a decade, and this specific kind for many years. I purchased this for a trip, and was surprised at the smell and consistency when I went to use it- it smelled like cheap bar soap, and after 3 washes, I still couldn’t get it to lather. I’m not sure if this was a bad batch, or the contents were swapped at some point, but I had to trash it. Luckily, I was in Paris and was able to grab the ‘same’ product from a local pharmacy- that one worked perfectly / as usual! I wouldn’t purchase this again, as there was something off with the item I received.

I used it after highlighting my hair which seemed to nourish and make my hair feel soft and silky. I have very fine and very straight hair. I wouldn't use it every day but every now and then.

I did not look at the ounces of this product amount, that combined with the watery texture of the fluid is really awful. I would not buy again. Wish I could return it.

Disappointed it was not actual shampoo just water and lather.

Received unsealed used 1/2 empty bottle. Throwing it out.

I made the mistake of not paying attention to the size. HOWEVER the tiny can I received was not only dented on the side, but it was not sealed and at least half of the product was already gone. Now I have to take time out of my day to return something that should have never been shipped in the first place.
