I am thrilled to have found something that worked! I have had problems with ear wax build up for years. I also rupture both ear drums so I'm very cautious about what I use. In the past, I've had my ears suctioned out by the NHS, but they seem to have stopped offering that service. I had tried olive oil drops and otex drops but those didn't work. My hearing was very limited in my right ear and completely blocked in my left ear. I tried using the suction tool first, and I got some wax out (the wax was probably loosened by the drops I used in previous weeks.) I tried the squirter, but didn't have much success. I tried again the next day and it worked! My ears are 100% cleared! I am so thrilled to be able to hear again. I had to use it in my own- it's not easy using without help, but it can be done. Would definitely recommend. Using drops in the weeks leading up to its use might help.

My ears are a reciepe for wax problems. I do take measures to prevent compacted ear wax (e.g. don't use in-ear headphones or cotton buds, put olive oil in them regularly to try and break up wax before it forms a plug etc.) but I still need to have my ear irrigated regularly and I wanted an diy solution to reduce the inconvenience to myself in having to take time off work for appointments not to mention the NHS doesn't need more work right now. However I was also concerned about the risk to my ears from getting it wrong. From this kit I have only used the pump bottle, not the vacuum and not the curette set. It works very well. I haven't been on a programme of soaking the wax in olive oil as I would ahead of a GP visit, I decided to cut corners and give it a try anyway. It feels just like having my ears irrigated by the nurse which gives me confidence it isn't too agressive and I was able to remove the wax quickly with no pain or dizziness ... overall very happy

if it does not work the first time, take a break, massage ear, and fill bottle again. repeat. So i have to go to get my ears cleaned privately as the NHS does no longer do ear irrigation. The process going private costs me £50 and that's not 100% going to work, if it does not work i pay half, so still deaf, and £25 out of pocket. This product i was sceptical, as the ones they use at GP cost (on google searched) upwards of £100-£300. so you can see my concern. But OMG did it work, it took a few filled bottles, and some assistance from my wife, but my compacted wax came out of both ears, after multiple attempts. i have been deaf for months, only hearing a little bit. but this product is 100% legit, and i would recommend to anyone. it saves me £50 per month.

Blocked left ear. Used this product after my attempts, for over a week, with Earex drops had failed. However, the drops had softened the wax which helped a lot. I only used the flushing system. It easy to use and the instructions are clear. I did this on my own and so was very careful. Impressed with its effectiveness. Every noise seemed loud afterwards!

I have suffered with a blocked ear for several months and had booked an appointment with Specsavers which would have cost £55. As I had nothing to lose, I thought I would purchase this tool after reading the reviews and give it a go. I must admit I was highly sceptical, even after reading other reviews. I used about 1 part white vinegar to 8 parts water with the rigid tip, and then just went for it, syringed my ear using about a third of the bottle. To my amazement, a substanial amount of disgusting gunk came out and my hearing came back ! I was ecstatic ! I can now turn the TV down (the neighbours are happy now) and also hear my wife.

After nearly 3 weeks of not being able to hear with my right ear, I ordered this kit and I wasn't disappointed. Arrived next day which was great. Not sure the little vacuum thingy is much good and getting a battery in it was very tricky, hence the 4* and not a 5* review. The syringing kit was very easy to use and worked straight away, thankfully

Au début j'avoue que j'ai eu peur de l'utiliser car l'oreille sa reste un organe fragile, mais comme j'avais un bouchon de cire humaine,depuis,plusieurs semaines et sa me déranger beaucoup😰😵‍💫😰,alors j'ai décidé d'utiliser ce nettoyant ,il faut s'asseoir, c'est mieux car on peut avoir des vertiges et la tête qui tourne. J'ai appuyer plusieurs fois je l'ai fais en 1jours j'ai presque vider la bouteille. Par précaution je me suis dit jvai arrêter. Puis du lendemain comme sa me dérangeait encore, car mon audition diminuer, et j'avais cette sensation bouchée à cause de la cire humaine vraiment désagréable. Alors j'ai décidé de continuer j'ai appuyer plusieurs fois avec de l'eau tiède c'est mieux. Et franchement un gros morceau de cire humaine est sortie j'étais soulager !!🥰🥰😍j'ai quand même pris rdv à l'ORL mais je dois attendre plusieurs semaines. Heureusement qu'il est là le nettoyant vraiment je le recommande hésitez pas 💖💖🥰👌👌. Très efficace 😍

This product is very good designed it works better than I expected. Only minor issues is the reusable tip keeps failing off the solid extensions, but I secured it with a little touch of glue. It's perfect for do it yourself.

Hat geklappt, dem Weg zum Arzt gespart. Funktioniert aber nur mit der Flasche, mit dem elektronischen hat es nicht funktioniert.
