Great product
I don’t think I’ve ever left a review but this is absolutely fantastic - my 6 yr old boy has narrow ear canals and struggles with blocked ears - we used it for the first time yesterday and it’s completely cleared his ears ! Was quite shocked at how much wax came out - it was really easy to use and my son was very comfortable using it it didn’t cause any discomfort - highly recommend this product !

It works
I’ve just taken delivery and used straight away after suffering almost a week with a blocked ear. I could not hear AT ALL. I used ear drops first then flushed with the device. The results were instant! The loosened wax flushed out and I can hear again. Zero pain and cheaper than a £60 visit to an audiologist

Ear Wax Removal Tool
The Ear Wax Removal Tool by Tilcare is a comprehensive ear irrigation and cleaning system designed for both adults and kids. Having used this product, I am impressed by its thoughtful design and effectiveness. **What's Included:** The kit comes with a basin, syringe, curette kit, towel, and 30 disposable tips. Each component plays a vital role in ensuring a thorough and safe ear cleaning process. **Ease of Use:** One of the standout features is the user-friendly design. The syringe provides sufficient pressure to dislodge stubborn ear wax without causing discomfort. The basin is well-sized and prevents any mess, which is especially helpful when cleaning children's ears. The inclusion of a towel is a nice touch, making cleanup easy. **Effectiveness:** The ear irrigation system works remarkably well. After a few uses, it significantly improved my hearing clarity and comfort. The curette kit, with its various tools, is useful for safely removing any remaining wax that the irrigation might miss. **Safety:** Safety is a top priority with this kit. The 30 disposable tips ensure a hygienic experience, reducing the risk of infection. The design of the syringe and curette tools is such that it minimizes the chance of ear damage, making it safe for use on children under supervision. **Overall Experience:** The Tilcare Ear Wax Removal Tool is an excellent investment for anyone dealing with ear wax buildup. It's comprehensive, easy to use, and highly effective. While it might be a bit pricier than basic kits, the quality and peace of mind it provides are well worth the cost. I highly recommend this product for both personal use and for families with kids.

The positive reviews aren’t lies - you need this!
So I’ve had a blocked ear for about a week, it started with some discomfort and then boom, couldn’t hear anything from it which took my anxiety through the roof, especially at night. It’s actually a recurring issue I have with a blocked ear. I burst my eardrum years ago and this ear just gets prone to build up. I was using some ear drops with olive oil a couple of days before using this little handy kit. My husband was dubious it wouldn’t work because of how long I’ve been wrestling with a blocked ear and he was convinced I needed to see a professional. I followed the instructions and only used warm water in the bottle which works just fine without the white vinegar. It’s easier when someone is doing the flushing of the ear for you and that’s where my husband proved useful! It took about 10 minutes and about halfway through a second bottle of lukewarm water that I realised I could hear again! My husband was providing running commentary throughout the process and I was worried when I emptied the first little tub of water because it was pretty clean. It was on the second bottle of water that my husband indicated that what was exiting my ear wasn’t pleasant! This is such a handy kit and really easy to use. It’s effective at cleaning your ears and getting rid of the buildup. I highly recommend this kit, you won’t be disappointed. It’s basic but does the intended job! I’m very pleased I gave this a go before agreeing with the husband about seeing a professional!

Ear Wax: War was declared!
I bought this brand as it seemed good value, and came with a full set of disposable tips. It's a comprehensive kit You will need to order the white vinegar to mix up the recommended syringing solution I also got some Otex to get a quick start on breaking down the ear wax. The 3* is because the quality is "just good enough". So the supposedly re-sealable storage bag fell apart as I opened it, the plastic catches on the very thin tool kit box wouldn't open without recourse to a knife, and the tools themselves are all metal - Chinese quality. They look potentially damaging if you're not careful. Some brands use silicon tips for their tools. These look to be stainless steel, with some very aggressive ends. The corkscrew-looking spiral device is particularly scary! The winner for me was the Otex solution. It nuked the wax really well, and made the wax removal straightforward GPs charge for doing this procedure now, so it all paid for itself on its first use. But I might invest in some quality tools.

Brilliant and disgusting bit of kit you didn’t know you needed
I don’t write reviews often but I’m so traumatised and amazed that I just had to write one for this product. In over 20 years of parenting I didn’t think there was much I hadn’t witnessed between my 3 kids. But my 8 year old has been suffering with blocked ears for months. Every time she was ill the GP would tell me how blocked her ears are and to use otex. We dutifully used the drops for months but apart from a little surface wax they did nothing so the pain and discomfort was getting worse. I decided it was time I saw for myself what was going on so brought an ear wax removing camera. What I witnessed turned my stomach. Given that I was using it on an 8 year old I didn’t feel comfortable using the scoop on the camera to dig around her ear canals so I researched ear cleaning kits and this one had the best reviews. It arrived the following day and within an hour my daughter’s ears were unblocked. You just fill the bottle with warm water, hold the end of the tube in the ear canal and squirt. I was a little worried that it would hurt or be uncomfortable but reassured us both by trying it on our hands first to feel how strong the pressure was. My daughter was quite happy having it done and didn’t complain at all. I won’t repulse you by sharing the images of what came out but it’s safe to say I never knew ears could be so disgusting. I wish I knew about this months ago as it would have saved my daughter a lot of suffering. But you live and learn and this will be kept with the medicine cabinet and recommended to everyone I know. I would also recommend getting a little ear wax removing camera as you can check your progress to ensure all of the blockage has gone.

Completely useless but I found a perfect alternative solution ...
Buy a bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide from Amazon (or your local chemist or hardware store - but they probably won't have any). I guess any 3% hydrogen peroxide should be okay - but you only need a few cc's per ear crisis so 500ml should last many years. I diluted it about 50% with warm tap water and it worked brilliantly - painlessly "bubbling" away pretty well at once. Vastly more effective than super slow Otex - that can take many days of tedious effort to work. I've used Otex for many years but won't waste time with it again after discovering this (I got the idea on Youtube from a Canadian clinic). To use this I also recommend these from Amazon : 3 in 1 Ear Syringe - Reusable Ear Wax Removal Tool - 30ml/75ml Blue, 90ml Red I first tried pretty well everything Amazon has for ear cleaning - and they were all pretty well useless except this hydrogen peroxide solution (diluted down to about 1.5%), squirted into my ears using one of the rubber syringes. After a few minutes of the wax bubbling I used a different rubber syringe to rinse the ear with warm soapy water (and then had a shower anyway and used the shower head). What a relief! Partial deafness in both ears cured easily in minutes! After some weeks trying every (useless) gadget I could buy. I tried on Amazon an expensive (£90 or so) electronic vibrating battery powered ear squirter (a poor man's version of the kit they use at your GP's). It had quite good reviews but I found it almost completely useless - a total waste of money to be honest. Get a couple of cheap rubber syringes and your own hydrogen peroxide instead. Note I don't have medical training and it's meant to be bad for your skin and definitely for your eyes - so dilute at least 50% for the first use and maybe don't use if your ear is infected. If it hurts much at all I guess have hot soapy water and a rubber syringe (or shower head) ready to rinse it out. For me it worked so so well with no discomfort - just the marvellous bubbling you hear and feel when the wax is at last getting broken up so it can be rinsed out. It's taken me 40 years or so of suffering with periodic partial deafness due to wax build up to at last discover this simple, fast and very effective DIY solution so I hope this helps someone else.

Hearing is better than ever!
I absolutely cannot believe that something so easy and simple can improve my life 100%. I was suffering with a blocked left ear after wearing silicone ear buds to bed. Olive oil doesn't work and makes my ears worse. I seen this and though, it can't be any worse. I was so wrong about this product! The wax that I didn't know was in my ears was mental! I thought I had pretty clean ears before using this. I will admit it took around 5 tries to completely unblock my left ear but the muffled hearing and discomfort went immediately when the blockage was cleared. That's when I decided to do my right ear (which was blocked) and the wax that came out. Wow! My ears are super clean now, and I am so thankful. I used white vinegar in my mix (as per instructions with lukewarm water). I will use this on a regular now to keep on top of my ears. Highly recommended product and worth the money.
