Medela Womens Pumping and Nursing Bras

This is a great pumping bra for the price. It gives a secure, snug fit that holds the flanges in place so you can actually be hands-free while pumping. I like that the material is soft but still supportive without feeling overly restrictive. It works perfectly with my Medela pump parts and keeps everything aligned for consistent output. The strapless design makes it easy to throw on over a nursing bra when needed, and once it’s on, it stays put. It feels tight at first (which it should), but the fabric adapts over time and becomes more comfortable with use. Overall, it does exactly what it’s designed to do—free up your hands while pumping—and at a very reasonable price point compared to other brands.

Excellent, but would work better if I’d kept in mind that I would continue to lose weight for several months postpartum. Not meant to be worn all day beneath a work shirt. It’s easy to put on and take off so using at work would not be problematic but if you’re looking for something to wear all day this will only serve you if you’ve got no one to impress. Size down for goodness sake. If you need a pumping top like this you’ll probably use it for a while, and I promise you will shrink in that time. It needs to be snug to work effectively. Better to be tight at first than loose at later!

I like this pumping bra. The zipper makes a bump in the middle, so I wouldn't suggest it for work or going out. I'm keeping it in the nursery next to my pump. The openings for the pumps are comfortable and hold stable. Big enough to fit all pumps. There's no extra layer to lift or pull out of the way so it's easy. My only real complaint is that it was hard for me to zip. I'm a 40-42 D. Going my the size chart I got a large. It fits but I can't get it to zip without difficulty. So I zip it and pull it over my head. It's possible I could go up to XL to fix that but at the same time once it's on it fits well... So not sure if I'm between sizes. I would buy again regardless.

Super comfortable and fits the spectra (and spectra like) flanges perfectly. The sizing guide was spot on for me.

I ordered this in a XL which is shown in the video. It was a little big and slightly lose so I ordered a large. Before I came to the conclusion of ordering a size down I I noticed that once zipped up the zipper sticks out right in the middle. I attempted to push it down but it just pops up. I figured that maybe the large would be better. It does the same thing. The large is too small and it is such a struggle to get the pump cups in the slots. I ended up just keeping the XL and dealing with it being a little big. The cups go in better and it still gets the job done. I just don’t understand why the middle does that and why there is such a big difference in sizes. At least the large and XL for me.

I love this nursing bra this works so well with symphony model and help with my milk supply. Definitely need to get one if you are using non hands free model.

Well I started using my new spectra s2 and had to hold the pumps on, and yeah it was awkward lol, so I searched through different pumping bras but they just didn’t seem to support me enough especially bc I was using glass bottles so it’s a bit heavier. And this I used all day, mind you I’m an exclusive pumper trying to boost my supply which means I’m pumping like 6-10 times a day! And I just got this bra and it is working amazingly every single time and is very comfortable, super convenient because it has no straps so you could just throw it on under whatever you have on and zip it up. I think that my only problem would be that It could be just a little bit hard to put on because the little latch at the top is a very cheap plastic so it doesn’t always click in place so that I could start to zip up the bottom, but after a couple tries you get used to it. The fabric is also good quality it’s thick, but stretchy so you don’t have to worry about this wearing out on you right away.

Close up pic shoes how fuzzy it gets (collects lint). I keep it in a ziploc bag in my work pump kit and it still gets that linty after only 2 uses. The lint then of course wants to static cling to my pump cups. Also, the overlap (pictured) where the opening is, makes it impossible to use without touching your nips. I try to keep all of my pump stuff super clean and washed every 2-3 days....I feel like this needs washed everyday since milk gets on it when taking on/off. I'm using spectra with medela of course, but the overlap still makes it a pain regardless of what pump you're using. M fit a little tight for me. 36DD. Any bigger would've been too slippery. Overall, I prefer the WM brand Secret Treasures to this. You can at least avoid getting milk on it each time.

This band is built to not have the pump move during pumping and it does that successfully. Sometimes it feels like a struggle to zip it up but of course the tightness of the band is what will keep the pump in place. It's comfortable once zipped up - doesn't actually feel tight or constricting. It feels like the two holes to thread the pump through are kind of close together but still workable, this may be an issue if your aereolas are very wide apart so heads up on that. In summary, sooo nice to pump handsfree and hassle-free!

FINALLY a pump bra that actually works! I tried plenty of options with my first daughter, and then again with my second. I really wanted the option of having a 2 in 1 but have never been happy and there was never enough suction or they would get stretched out too fast. Finally I decided to try this one. I love it. I’m glad I can just put it over my regular nursing bra. It also is tight enough to hold my flanges in place and KEEP THEM THERE. I can now actually let go of my pump parts/walk around/be hands free which is what my pump is intended for. And the output after just one pump session is impressive! Amazing what a properly fitted bra will do.

Not practical for everyday use if that's what you're looking for, but it sure gets the job done. I like the material, although it does get a bit itchy where the elastic rests on the skin sometimes. I didn't realize how stretchy it was! I started by ordering a large, realized it was too loose, so I ordered a medium. Now I sort of want to try a small to see if that fits better as I find I have to pull it up throughout the pumping session. I've also literally never worn anything without straps before considering I'm probably a 34G or even an H now and definitely need strap support on the regular, so that could just be my problem.
