This is an awesome kit!!! Comes with everything you need (and then some!) and is in a nice little plastic storage box. I've used it several times already for piercings, and it's super fast and easy. Compared to paying for piercings, this is a super great value and also great quality! Can't go wrong!

The reviews that state they got the gun stuck or that it moved the earring puncturing the wrong spot did this wrong: they didn’t secure the piercing earring in the hole. How do you fix this? You have to put dental wax or putty in the earring holder, just enough to get the earring to stick to the hole securely so it’s not loosely wobbling around in the holder, because obviously, it’s going to drop with gravity and slump down unless you cushion / fill the gap that’s around the stud when inside the notch/ holder slot. For the reviews that claimed to get an ear infection: I have a strong nickel allergy. I have to use titanium/gold/sterling silver earrings OR use Claire’s ear care solution daily after the shower if I’m wearing anything other than titanium/gold/silver. Read further on how I managed this. I would suggest iodine to clean your ears instead of alcohol, or use Claire’s ear care solution vigorously. Get the biggest bottle. Here’s my experience: Yes, I got an infection. Yes, I knew I would, and did it anyways for the sake of saving $200. Worth it? YES. Why? Because I’m broke and want piercings, and bc the body heals, always, and I knew I’d only have to wear the piercing earrings (that trigger my skin inflammation and infection) for a few weeks (3 1/2 in my case -while eating healthy and drinking lots of organic teas). I used Claire’s ear care solution religiously, 3 or more times per day, and didn’t touch my earrings, didn’t rotate them (until after 2 weeks). In the past, (years ago) I pierced my left helix two or three times prior, using a horrible stupid sewing needle method, and it developed a bump or something and I let it heal up. Here’s how I successfully pierced my ears: I played with the gun before hand, properly & thoroughly testing the dynamics and analyzing all aspects of what could possibly go wrong, I successfully rigged up a way to use dental wax to secure the stud in the gun to lock its position so when it was shot forward or shook slightly with my shaky hand, it wouldn’t budge or wobble. I fixed it so it could stand alone in the earring holder slot perfectly straight, not slanted in any angle, and it could tolerate a little shaking without moving. My ears swole from the low quality earrings, (NOT 100% HYPOALLERGENIC btw, but I knew this) and I was worried they’d get worse but they were fine just in time for me to swap them out with quality screw back earrings. During the time the cheap piercing earrings were in: -ears swole slightly, hurt when touched, were very red occasionally -felt like my skin/body was corroding the metal in my ears -used Claire’s ear stuff (all day long just about) and it ended the above symptoms -continued the above steps for 3.5 weeks -took out earrings and they looked as the pics above look: the earrings that are gross were the ones in my ears, the golden ones are the quality screw backs I replaced them with, and the silver shiny one is what the original piercing earrings looked like before (when they were brand new, unused). I did two on one ear because I had to re do one that closed awhile ago and one on my other ear. This spot is obviously sensitive because it’s cartilage but overall the piercing was fast and not painful. I think the night of the day I pierced it and morning was the worst just because the force of the gun but it’s a nice kit. Very easy to load and use. I shot it multiple times before doing the pricing and it’s durable and never got stuck on my ear. The only thing I wish it came with was alcohol wipes and disinfectant wipes for before.

You get what you paid for, if you want piercings and don’t want to spend too much it’s good, but understand the jewelry is very cheap and you will probably get an infection. First 3 days my ears were swelling and throbbing but with some piercing solution and salt water it got better in 1-2 weeks. After that I changed out my piercings with titanium earrings and it feels much better. They recommend you to wait 5 weeks before changing out jewelry but my ear was too sensitive and itching from the jewelry so I couldn’t wait. Also, when you use the piercing gun, the needle is not straight 90% of the time so be careful. First pic was the second day after piercing it and the second one is 2 weeks later after changing earrings. Overall, it was fun for the plot but definitely suffered through a lot of pain.

This works great. I did mine and my daughter’s ears. I had to take mine out because I had a reaction to the ear rings. But I am going to get titanic rings and redo them. It was absolutely painless. It went through my ear amazingly. had no greasy resadue. And was easy to use. It was small and looked and felt very durable.

It is as described. I gave it only four stars because some of the studs were damaged and bent when I received them. Also, the first use, my earlobe was trapped between the gun/earring. It wouldn't let go of my ear. It took me five minutes to figure out how to get it from its grip. Needless to say, yeah there was a hole in my ear but it didn't stay for long once I released my earlobe from its grip. My recommendation would be don't try this by yourself. Let someone else do it for you. Other than that mishap... it's all good. I'm going to get my sister to pierce my ear.

Even tho amazon is well hiding a ishue. Yes this is a great product makes it easer for my self and such makes it painles well to me

The product came with almost 100 studs that fit into the gun. So if you are planning on going into business doing this, this is the set to get. It also came with some cubic zirconia studs in various sizes to wear after your ears heal up. BUT, there is NO way you can get that earring into the perfect place on your own. The piercing gun doesn't really let you see exactly where you are piercing your ear, but if you were using it on someone else, I imagine it would work perfectly. No instructions at all, but if you watch a You Tube video you will see how to cock the gun and put the earring into place. Each stud has a rubberized backing so you can fairly comfortable wear the studs 24/7 for 8 weeks while your ears heal. I only wanted to double pierce my own ears because they kept healing up. I ended up with 3 holes in each ear - and none of the holes were in the exact right place, even tho I used the marker enclosed in the kit. And this HURTS - if they say pain free they are lying. I mean, you're putting a hole in a body part - it's going to hurt!!!! But the studs are super sharp and will penetrate ear cartilage quickly. It's about as pain free as it can get. Of course unless you can't see what the F you are doing you will end up with very sore and unhappy earlobes with holes in all the wrong places. This is why I returned it. I'll go to the Mall and get a pro to do this for me. If you have a friend or family member you trust, you could get them to use the gun and get things lined up just right.
