Variety Pack Ratings
My personal ratings:Red - 8/10 - Can't go wrong with it, it's like if Taco Bell made a really good fire sauce.Green - 10/10 this is one of the best green hot sauces I have ever tasted. All I can say is it is TASTY.Reaper - 5/10 A hotter, smokier version of their original. Tastes similar to the scorpion.Scorpion - 6/10 This one tastes similar to the reaper but they put like little bits of pepper in it that make it REALLY spicy.Chipotle - 7/10 It's different, almost like a BBQ sauce, it's a bit sweeter than the others, I liked it on beef burritos.

I Know the Secret of Secret Aardvark Hot Sauce!
My friend Tom had one of these sauces at our Fourth of July Lake House trip that we did earlier this summer. He was squawking about how good it was and that everybody should try it. I was in a weird mood and didn't want to try something just because everyone was doing it. I know, very immature. But then everybody is freaking out about how good this Aardvark Hot Sauce is! Tom even put some of the green sauce on his eggs and then everybody started doing that, too. I love hot sauce, but there's a million of them on the market. I thought, "I'll just find my own, Tom... I don't need YOU to tell ME what hot sauce to buy."A few weeks after the trip, I started on this low-carb diet to lose some weight and try to get in better shape. They say eggs are a really good thing to eat if you're trying to cut carbs out of you diet. I kept thinking about that damn Aardvark sauce that everyone was slurping down back at the lakehouse.I went on Amazon and found the Secret Aardvark Variety Pack and was impressed that there was not only Tom's green Serrabanero sauce, but they included their Habanero, Black Bean and Jamaican Jerk sauce. At that price, I had to clickity-click and get that sauce to my house! What I didn't understand about how great this product is back when I was refusing to try it for some dumb reason was that the bottles are plastic and squeezable. I think you get more bang for your buck by having your hot sauce in a squeezable bottle because you can get the very last dregs of it out and onto your food. I feel like I'm always losing one last serving from any glass bottle hot sauce because it's stubborn or just stuck in there.I recommend the green sauce with eggs for your keto diet. The Jamaican jerk sauce goes well on meat kababs that your wife bought you at Trader Joes for you to eat while everyone else eats pizza. The Black Bean sauce is good tossed with noodles and chicken, but if you're on that low-carb diet, just skip the noodles and put it on the chicken. The Habenero hot sauce might be my favorite. I put that on just about everything that's not a carbohydrate. I finally fessed up to Tom that I had bought the sauce and explained that the only reason I didn't try it at the lakehouse was because I thought I was allergic. I made him promise me that he wouldn't tell all the other friends who were on the trip, but I know he squealed on me. I got a few texts that said, "SO YOU FINALLY ATE THE SAUCE!"

These are all great, and all very different
I've been looking for a good set of hot sauces and have gotten some variety packs but they're often basically the same (i.e. 3 sauces that look different but they all have the same flavor profile and just differences in heat). There was a lot of hype for Aardvark so I tried this one out. It's great! The 3 sauces are very different; e.g. the garlic black bean is basically a good teriyaki sauce, the habanero has depth to its flavor so is not just heat, and the jerk sauce is distinctive too.I use the garlic black bean sauce as a dipping sauce for Asian food, particularly dumplings. The habanero and jerk sauce go on, well, pretty much everything else :-).

Amazing sauces
I love all of the Secret Aardvark sauces, with the possible exception of the red scorpion, which I think has a weird flavor due to the fermented peppers. All of the rest are great in their own way. Aside from the original habanero, I use the smoky chipotle and reaper the most. The serrabanero is less versatile, as its sourness can clash with some flavors. The black bean sauce is quite good too, not at all hot but great on some Asian dishes.

The best Jerk!
I bought this set for my friend to try, since he couldn't find it in his area. I buy the Jerk marinade every time I come across it. I've searched for years for a great tasting, authentic style jerk seasoning/marinade. I can say with 100% certainty this is the best jerk marinade I've ever found. BEWARE though, it has some serious kick that my family and friends have found to be too strong. It is amazing in ketchup for nuggets and fries, which helps cut the heat but keeps the flavor. The hot sauce is not my favorite, but not bad by any means. The garlic sauce is a fantastic marinade for chicken thighs grilled or air fried. It has no kick, so even the kids like it.The Jerk and garlic is 5 stars, all the way. Hot sauce is a 2-3 for me.

Not hot enough to make you regret it... which is good
Habanero Hot Sauce - I should start off by saying my idea of a good hot sauce is not one that puts me in severe pain or puts me on the throne for several hours the next day. I like a decent bit of heat, but I like flavor more than anything else. This hot sauce has both. It's got a great heat to it (you can tell its a habanero hot sauce), but it doesn't make me want to take an ice bath afterwards, and it has excellent flavor. I've been finding a reason to put this on everything lately.Jerk chicken sauce - This is just a spicy version of a normal jerk chicken sauce/marinade. I would say it has almost the same heat as the habanero sauce. If you like spicy and you like jerk chicken, this stuff is for you.Drunken Garlic - This one doesn't have any heat at all, but it's still delicious. It has a bit of an Asian flare to it. Almost tastes like a slightly thicker dumpling sauce or a thinner hoisin sauce. In conclusion, this pack was worth the $20. I am now hooked on the hot sauce and will be buying it religiously. It was nice to have the different sauces, and they're all great. But I will likely just be buying the jerk chicken and the hot sauce in the future.

Delicious but Pricy
All of these are pretty good but expensive. I waited until they were half price and it was still over $10 for a small bottle. The Drunken Jerk has a different jerk taste than most jerk sauces I have tried which is a good thing. Less weird spices and good heat. The rum adds a nice flavour too. Great on chicken. The Black bean is pretty much a flavoured soy sauce. Hint of garlic and spice. Good on rice or stir fry. Just go light because its really salty from being mostly soy sauce. The habenero sauce has a really good tropical flavour. Lots of heat and spice. Almost like a liquified salsa. Hot and a bit sweet.
