Review: Fantastic sleep tracking, also nice as additional smart watch, step and heart traxming - I have a huawei 2 pro, but the sleep tracking is not as good as from fitbit and apple watches. So miband 7 is more than 50% cheaper but as good as fitbit bands or watches. The mi7 Band gives me the possibility to wear dress watches without any smart functions, because I wear it on the right hand. Meassurement with alternative wearable showed, sleep tracking is very accurate. Also cycling and running when it comes to heart tracking is close to my huawai pro 2. But the huawei pro 2 is much better concerning heart rates. Spo2 is almost the same. What an incredible good wearable.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic sleep tracking, also nice as additional smart watch, step and heart traxming

I have a huawei 2 pro, but the sleep tracking is not as good as from fitbit and apple watches. So miband 7 is more than 50% cheaper but as good as fitbit bands or watches. The mi7 Band gives me the possibility to wear dress watches without any smart functions, because I wear it on the right hand. Meassurement with alternative wearable showed, sleep tracking is very accurate. Also cycling and running when it comes to heart tracking is close to my huawai pro 2. But the huawei pro 2 is much better concerning heart rates. Spo2 is almost the same. What an incredible good wearable.

- Durability: The band quality is great. Silicon strap is highly durable since I lift heavy weight and sometimes the dumbles hit the strap, and yet not a single scratch noticed on the strap. the screen glass is also very durable and strong. - Software: A bit slow, but overall not bad. - Tracking: it is not accurate at all in calories tracking, which all bands are. somehow good in tracking steps, heart rate (if you set it to track each 1 min) - Tracking Feedback: The PAI is useless, and no matter how hard you exercise it always tells you that your workouts for the week were in sufficient. so if you want a tracker for heartrate, and steps, this would be a good buy since it is kind of cheap.
