I like it as a substitute for the amla powder, which I use daily for my high cholesterol. Sometimes I’m unable to get the powder into my food and use the tincture instead.

I love it! We take homeopathy medicine and it works fine. When it said that ot was a tincture, we were more willing to buy it!

Did not solve the health issues of hot flashes
I have used the powder form of Amla and it has worked well to prevent hot flashes. This version does not achieve this. It may help other things but I bought on the basis that it would help me without the astringent flavor of the powder form.
