I've had this battery for a long time now and it's still going super strong. Holds a large charge.

Ok. It’s pretty heavy. That’s the current nature of batteries. More power, more weight. So this is not a negative. The positives are great. I got this to keep a phone powered on long biking trips where I want to use the phone for mapping programs. These eat up phone power. But I have wiring for all kinds of devices I’m using -can charge multiple devices simultaneously. This backup was great. Recharged phone quickly while phone in continuous use and didn’t use up all that much of its own capacity. Can recharge this battery quickly. It’s very study (well made). It’s really perfect for what it is. Only thing people might not like is weight (see above!). Just need a comfortable way to carry it. Under most circumstances, this won’t be difficult to figure out. Best travel-size battery backup I’ve had.

VEry nice out of the box. Heavier than expected, but it's all battery. It's as big as a large phone, and twice as thick. You would think they could put a digital counter on it , though. The cheaper ones have it. Why not call them USA ports ?USA, USA

Amazing! It’s in the beaver size and as big as a phone but I love it! The battery honestly last a pretty good amount. Doesn’t charge phone fast but does the job.

The first charger I received arrived not fully charged and would not fully recharge. Belkin sent a replacement (and did not require me to return the defective power bank) - thank you. I didn’t realize until beginning to regularly use the bank that the USB-C does not charge my iPhone rendering it a useless port (out). Other reviews (read after the fact) point out that it may be the cord (Belkin doesn’t like Apple cords?🤷‍♀️). I don’t have the patience or money to purchase different cords to see which brand works. Frustrating. Don’t purchase.

Battery pack works as a battery pack should. Should support both USB-A to C and USB-C to C charging.Instructions for charging should clearly state this and include text, not just a drawing with the cable.

I love it it has so much charge, and is very small

this is a great charger, it can charge my iphone 15 multiple times to full before i need to recharge the power bank. the color perfectly matches my pink phone. the different ports and port types are a great feature. the one thing to be aware of is that it is HEAVY. you can't just 'slip it' into your purse if you're looking to travel lightly. definitely better in a backpack or side bag.
