Good filter
I put this on my 24mm Nibbi PE carb. It keeps the carb clean. The sweepback design helps you not hit it with your leg on a mini bike. The only issue I have is the removable pre filter will not stay in place if you take it off and re install it.

Fits as described, easy to install and much better than the cheaper cone filters.

Performs it's job perfectly and it 49 mm fits my Nibbi PE28Fl carburetor perfectly.
Uhh... A 35 mm clamp was included with my filter. That is why it is only getting 4 stars. I had one the right size. With that said, the filter works great. I was bothered there is no spring cage in the inner filter. But so far no issues, and it filters just fine.

What's with the outter foam element not being...
I gave it three stars because the other foam sleeve constantly slides off during riding. I've almost lost it during a ride at least a half a dozen times. I think I'll have to clearn the filter really well, then bond the inner and outer foarm elements together...or just get rid of the outer foam all together.
