I purchased this to actually use for bracelets, which it is fabulous for.• Note you cannot pull apart, to single out threads, this is a weaved "sock" like texture. Extremely sturdy, but not like embroidery thread where you can strip out and get thinner pieces.The colors are fabulous, many to choose from and very earthy in its tones. Not too waxy like some other products, so its easy to work with and doesn't get crusty.•A leather purse of mine broke the stitching and I was able to use this for leather stitching as well. It's that sturdy and yet not too thick.•Also great for book binding definitely. I will buy a lot more of this in the future, due to the array of colors and the usefulness of them. I hope the price point stays the same, because it is obtainable and perfect!

It is less waxy than the craft stores yet very easy to work with. I recommend it. Nice color selection.

came in a nice box. many colours, very unique ones and lots of variety. for example there are 4 greens and they are all very different so no useless repetition. just like other waxed thread. good for bookbinding!
