I this this gazebo is a great value as compared to other products out there.Assembly is pretty reasonable considering it's size. I did a lot of it myself but you definitely need 2-3 people to place the roof struts on top of the posts / base and it helps a lot to have 2 people to place the roof pieces in place.I had some issues with roof pieces being damaged during shipping. The seller was very accommodating and quickly shipped replacement roof pieces to me.

product looks promising and i thought i did my hw but no the roof is garabge and cheap and warps and breaks/cracks. im in NJ and got everything as far as the elements snow/rain/heatwave .. things the product says it was going to withstand. called customer services and they didnt want to help at telling me its already been a year so we cant even refund you.. what a joke.

LooksGreat and don’t take but about 4 hrs to get up with 2/3 guys! Sturdy andLooks great! We had a storm here with 30 mph winds with no problems; didn’t leak or break etc.Only thing we didnt like that my husband can do is make sure when it does rain, it doesn’t come rolling on deck that’s close to house!Love it! So much better than the soft ones!

So I got home today and I had a new pergola that was shipped to me by this company. The first one that I had failed after six months due to wind that was not even that bad. It collapsed and fell to the ground. I’m glad nobody was hurt. I thought it was unfair that the item failed, and after reaching out to the company and expressing my concerns, they stood behind the product and sent me a new one customer service likes to go back-and-forth and argue and try to replace stuff at the end of the day. They realize that they had sent me something that was messed up and they did what was right and replaced it with a brand new one. I would definitely recommend the product because it looks nice what is completely put together only if you live in an area that is not susceptible to wind .

My back patio, roof panels not all same color because wrong cuts

Had my gazebo for seven months before the roof start warping and during a winter storm one of the panels fell out and broke tried to talk to customer service and they of course wouldnt help me. All i was asking for was a replacement piece for the one that broke but they wouldnt do it. It says it can withstand all weather but i beg to differ too much money and you cant get help to fix it.

Bought 12*20 ft gazebo. Setup took time but the end result is great. Hosted a couple of get togethers already and received rave reviews.

Bought this after reading reviews, was skeptical but insisted on getting it as we were putting it together some of the frames were bent, the arms for the roof were missing to secure the brackets in so the roof wouldn’t come off I had to improvise because I was already half way done and wasn’t going to pull it all off and wait for the parts to come in. I had to use silicone to try and make it work. Overall set up time not bad and direction were okay, netting for top tier roof should be put on after you do the top roof before you start the bottom roof.
