Great value.
Works just as it should. Some of the reviews I read said the parts were not in tolerance and it would leak. One even said the oil ran right out of it. I have not seen any of this. The unit I received seems to be very well made and it was easy to install even though the directions are very typical for a product from China. (almost worthless) haha I would recommend this product to friends.

Works as it should - Happy with purchase
Quality Product - the body, mounts, oil line and oil line fittings are great, I would say the only place where this one is under-par compared to the Cobra mfg one is the swing arm attachment for the oil line just seem a little less robust when compared to the Cobra mfg swing arm mount. That being said I would say everything else is just as good at a better price point. Some reported having oil leaks - I haven't had any problems with oil leaking. When I got the unit I removed the quick connect oil fitting on the bottom of the body along with the top cap and o-ring. Blew the body out with shop air just to remove any possible FOD that might be in the body. After which I lubed the O-rings and refitted the quick connect for the oil line. Standard practice from working on hydraulic systems in the past.I covered the oil line in expanding sleeve just to make it look a bit better and match the rest of the wiring I have on the bike. I didn't use the swing arm oil like mount and just fabricated one that worked the way I wanted it too.Wasn't sure if I wanted an auto or semi-auto oiler on the bike but after using it I'm defiantly sold on the idea and use. Not sure if I would put one on a super-sport but on a dual sport or commuter I think it fits. Chain maintenance isn't not hard but this just make the whole process a bit quicker and easier. Before I would have to clean the chain then re-lube it - the cleaning bit sucks - but with the oiler the chain stays cleaner and now I just simple wipe the chain down with a shop towel and then next time I ride I give the oiler a 1/4 turn and all is good. All in all its a nice product for the money and I would buy again.

High quality part. Will look great on your bike.
You must unscrew the outer housing until it stops. Fill with gear oil Then turn one quarter clock wise to oil chain each time. When it bottoms out start the process all over again

Oil flows right through...? Poor instructions make it hard to get right.
The media could not be loaded. Well, I put it all together and filled it up with oil and the oil just ran right through it onto my garage floor before I got the top on and continued after I did with more in it. The instructions don't have but a few words, being all pictograms, like Ikea furniture, thus I've little clue what's wrong. I posted a video.EDIT: I took it off my motorcycle and examined it closely. There's nothing to keep the liquid inside from flowing out except the vacuum from having it completely full, with no air in it. I filled it with my finger over the bottom of the hose outlet, closed the cover and the oil didn't run out. Any air that gets in will allow fluid to run out in proportion. Very thick oil would be more resistant to running out, thin oil will run out more easily. Unless you're using petroleum-based oil, you won't know what the weight is and the little bit in the pictograms that says 80-90 weight will be hard to square with the bit that says "bio-oil" for off-road use. Anyway, it doesn't matter because it is too poorly machined and the whole thing wobbles and the oil just leaks out.

It works...if you remember
This is about as simple as it can be. You mount the lubrication reservoir somewhere on the bike. You run the tubing to be as invisible as can be. And then when you want to lube your chain, you give the reservoir a half twist. It requires the rider to think. For instance, don't twist the cap to set up a three-minute release of oil, if you're sitting in your driveway and pulling the bike into your garage. It's just going to leak all over in one place. But if you twist the cap 90 degrees before leaving on your ride, it'll distribute 3 minutes of oil on the chain as you ride along. Stop for a break...twist the cap. It's simple. You just need to incorporate it into your daily routine.
