Using more for range of motion than golf swing
I haven’t figured out how this can help my swing, but I do use it for helping with range of motion. Find the exercises on the internet. The instructions included are poor.

Many people say this has helped them. I get how it positions the arms relative to the body and may mimic the feeling of lag. However, the hands are not in typical address position while doing this. IMO that reduces the value of this product.

Didn’t work for me
I’m sure this product works for most, but if you’re tall like me (6’4) it gives poor form. Product needs to be bigger for taller players.
