exellent
The quality of this surprised me a lot. I bought it because my husband, while installing the shower, broke the original one that came with the shower and I was surprised that it was even better than the one it came with. The weight of the product made it look very good quality. It works perfectly. I installed it in my shower a month ago and it works excellently.

Diverts easily through shower head to hand held
Installing this was easy. Made of metal nit plastic gives it a quality that I am comfortable with. It keeps the water pressure perfectly on each single selection and only slightly lessens when using both the shower head and hand held. It only weighs slightly more than the plastic ones and it’s design to for a speedy and easy install and use.

Solid construction, easy to install, needs larger gasket
Supplied rubber gaskets/O-rings/washers are too small for the connection between the shower elbow (that comes out of the wall) and this device. Another reviewer mentioned that a slightly larger gasket worked to stop the frankly ridiculous amount of leaking; I didn’t have time for a trip to the hardware store, but that did prompt me to check the old plastic y connector I was replacing and sure enough the gasket it came with worked well. (It didn’t, though; it had leaked because the plastic cracked, lol.) So between two products I got one working product. Yay! Now I can bathe my dog at home with a simple turn of a lever and he has his own shower head and extra long hose, and I get my preferred shower head and a lighter, more manageable hose for my showers.

Perfect Fit !
I recently bought a house with a nice Un installed shower head setup. After looking at it I noticed it was missing a piece. Well I order this piece hoping it would fit. &&& it did ! Fit perfectly to the shower head set up and to the pipe. Comes with gaskets ! No leaks and now my shower is fancy!

Strongly made and easy to use.
I had used a 3-way shower diverted once before. I was kind of dreading needing to use another one again. To say this one worked better is not even close. I was blown away by how smooth and easily this one worked. This was extremely easy to install and could not possible work easier when switching the flow of the water. It is make to last and should last for many years if not forever.
