The product left my hair and scalp soft and moisturized without the use of an additional hair conditioner. My hair relaxer was neutrilized and my scalp was washed clean eliminating the cause of chemical burns, leaving no odors or skinirritation after three lathers. It works as well as a professional salon style product.

I have been using this cleansing neutralizer for a month and I love it!!! It removes residues and adjusts my hair to a normal healthy balance. After using this and rinsing it out, my hair feels much softer and moisturized. So I've been self relaxing for 2 years now and I specifically use the Dark and Lovely Hair Relaxer Kit. The neutralizer in that kit doesn't turn pink and after a few washes my hair would feel so dry, and I was afraid to use other products that's outside of the box. But I decided to try this, and omg this worked so well. It turns pink, and made my hair so soft, and I had less shedding! The scent wasn't loud at all, I'm sticking by this product. Run not walk to get this!

In need of a shampoo to wash my wigs and bundle fresh out the pack. I got recommended this to strip every and anything off the hair so I can start on a clean slate!
