This product is the best fat burner/energy booster on the market. My husband has tried the lot of big name fat burners so I've tried all those as well. This one blows them out of the water. I feel super energized all day, but not shaky. It makes me crave fresh food (fruits and veggies), helps control how much I'm eating, and makes me want to work out. Every time I use this people are always commenting on how much weight I've lost and how good I look. This is a great product for healthy weight loss combined with exercise.

I've lost about 2 pounds in a month. Not great, but does help with energy.

These didn't seem to do much except give me a headache. I will try taking them again in a couple of weeks to see if there is any difference.

I used this product for my most recent contest prep. I wanted something that would give me decent energy without an insane jittery boost. I heard about this product and decided to give it a go.It took around 30 minutes to really start to feel the boost, but it was subtle and seemed to last for quite awhile (not sure on 12 hours, but quite awhile).While dieting, I'm always hungry and while I was still hungry on this product, I could easily hold off on eating. I usually get to a point where I'd just eat and then somehow do extra work later (this product helped with that issue).Overall I cut quite a bit of bodyfat and felt I still retained a decent bit of muscle.

Kinda weak in my opinion. Can't really tell it gives me anymore energy. Other products I've taken in the past seem to work better

It has kept me from using the 5 hr energy I’m happy about that
