I have been taking it for over a year. For me it showed after about 4 months. my hairdresser raves about it. I took 2 a day to start and ramped up to four per day over the first month. 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I now take 3 per day. YMMV. highly recommend.

I ordered thinking the product would help my hair regrowth. I've been taking it now for over 8 months & see no new hair growth. I only take it so as not to lose anymore hair.
