Ok not moisturising enough and the glow is very minimal

I really like this primer. It is quite expensive but is a nice smooth base. I don't feel it is amazing, but I like it as much as clarins beauty flash balm. With clarins I always feel I have to hurry up and get the base on quick before it starts drying and gets crumbly. No issues like that with this primer. Very user friendly.

This product was recommended to be my an Ulta sales associate. At the time, they explained the company was no longer producing but it was the best matte tinted primer so I fortunately found it on amazon.
