Product Description INSTRUCTION STEP 1 Clean the target area to remove all dust, oil, and moisture. Leave to dry completely. STEP 2 Align the insert to the front side of the foot bed. STEP 3 Partially remove the backing and place insert at the desired location and orientation. Once the insert is aligned, remove the whole backing. STEP 4 Press and smooth it out on the shoe.

**Q: would these be good for making mules a little more comfortable? I tend to slip around on this so need something with a little more grip under my foot.**
A: The pad is thick so it raises your foot up a bit.  As long as the mule is loose, I think it should work.

**Q: Would these help with shoes that are just a bit too big?**
A: It's possible. They made my shoes that fit just right way too tight so I can imagine they will.

**Q: Will they work if you wear pantyhose also?**
A: Not as well but somewhat still non- slip

**Q: do they wear out or are the long term use?**
A: It depends on individual usage. It normally last long with the heels.

I never liked barely there PLT sandals because my feet ached even from trying them on. However I decided to give these foot cushions a try and I have no regrets. My feet were so comfortable in the sandals and I even did a 10 minutes walk in them and danced most of the night with very minimal discomfort. I was surprised how my felt after the night, no pain. I would recommend these anytime. The only negative I have to say is they can only be used on one pair and for the price, that will cost a fortune you have multiple pairs of shoes.
