...I wouldn't let grandma wear it out of the house, though.This is one of those accent pieces that have just enough zing to be worth it and not so pricey as to be ridiculous. It's fun. It doesn't take itself seriously. No one will be remotely fooled into thinking that "they're REAL diamonds and rubies" ... okay, maybe five-year-olds,... but it still looks smart enough to wear with that prom dress.The red is truly red - fire engine red - and the piece expands well (it's elasticized). I heard no complaints of pinching or hair snarls or discomfort.
