First of all this company had very good customer service when I called them to ask a question before I bought it. Someone answered the phone quickly, and gave me all the information I needed. You don't necessarily get this with other companies, so this is a big plus, and the very nice woman who I spoke with told me that if I have any problems installing it, give her a call and she would help. I am not a super experienced handyman, but I can generally do little projects around the house by myself, especially things that require, as this does, drilling, measuring, and mounting on the wall. I had never installed a TV mount, and I will say that when you first look at the instructions they are somewhat daunting. I did have a few questions regarding the instructions, but I took my best guess as to what they were saying, and did end up installing it correctly. So my only criticism is not with the mount itself, but with the instructions which I found somewhat confusing. But there were only a couple of things that I didn't quite understand. I probably would have called customer support, but I was doing it late on Sunday night! Lol. I would recommend you install it during business hours in case you need help! But I like the way it mounts the tv - it is a very good design - and I did it without any help, and I'm happy with the results. Also if you have any experience with a previous TV mount, it is going to be much easier for you. I know I could do a second one in about 1/3 the time now that I have done one. The one thing I will tell you is to *buy a stud finder that shows you the edges of the studs!* I used a magnet to find the nails and then draw a vertical line straight down based on the average of where the nails were. But I had some worry over whether or not I was going to hit the middle of the stud where these fairly large and long screws go in to hold up the mount for the TV. So my number one piece of advice regarding installing this mount is to buy one of those stud finders that shows you the edges of the stud. I didn't know these existed or I would have bought one long ago. Anyway I am very happy with this mount and would buy again from this company. (I did buy their soundbar Mount as well and found it equally good.) A+ product and customer service! Highly recommended! (Like all of my reviews previous to this, this is my honest opinion and not based on getting anything free or discounted!)

Great quality very sturdy easy mounting.

I've used 3 of these so far ranging from 60" to 80" TVs. They're well built and solid. Surprisingly enough, their supplied lag bolts aren't that horrible either. I was going to use my own much better quality ones, but after sinking the first of theirs, I decided to just keep going. I'm 6'2" and all of 250, and I could hang from these things with ease, I'm pretty sure they're well overbuilt for a TV. Regarding the templates and all that crap, I don't know what to tell you because I've been in construction for 20+ years, if I needed a template to hang a TV, there's something very wrong with me.
