Hold up well
My 10 year old wears this under his pads for tackle football. He wears it 4-5 nights a week at practice and every game on weekends. Goes through the washer every night. We do not use the dryer, however he hang it out to dry because it will shrink...that's why the wife's in charge of laundry...lol

Bought this for my son and he said it definitely makes a difference wearing it for football games under the jersey. He did gave it a 4 star just cause he feels it tends to be a bit hotter while wearing versus a regular athletic shirt.Fits as expected, good quality.
