I earlier bought a really cheap lung trainer & immediately noticed an improvement in my breathing & lung capacity plus the fact that I was no longer coughing up mucus & didn't wheeze much anymore but the problem with this cheap one was that the mouth piece was very loose fitting so I had to put tape around it to keep it in place, but the main problem was that after about 3 weeks the diaphragm on the exhale side came out so I decided that it was time to get another lung trainer but this time a better quality more expensive one so I got the Hetaru one that arrived the next day & I was immediately impressed by the quality, this time there was no loose fitting mouth piece as they ( a choice of 4 ) click into place, there is also a nice quality carrying bag, and of course it works very well, so yes there are cheaper lung trainers on the market but you get what you pay for & this one is a good quality item, lung trainers do work & I would really recommend buying the Hetaru one, it says on the box "Best Respiratory Muscle Trainer", yes I'd go along with that.

I've noticed a considerable drop in coughing up mucus since I bought this over a month ago. Use it twice a day for 10 times, easy.Give it a go and it won't break the bank
