Strong, stable. Works well.
Fitted it to my wooden ceiling joist. Took less than an hour to drill the holes and fit the screws.Pro-tip. For the (8mm) screws, use a 7mm drill bit. When using a screwdriver to put the screws into the holes, you will only be able to do a couple of turns before it is too difficult to turn any more. At that point, switch to an adjustable spanner (the heads of the screws have flat sides for this purpose). Tightening the screws with the spanner is then much easier.
