Have to say this 120v is prob best thing you can do instead of window unit and it performed better then larger window unit. And no long electrical run just tapped and outlet. 3 door garage has been holding temp perfectly. Can't say anything about long life yet. Remote is nice for the price and not loud at all. Can honestly install your self after a few YouTube videos

These AC machines are absolutely amazing, easy to install, easy to work and super quiet and just beautiful on the walls! I did have a problem with one of the 4 units I bought the main inside wouldn’t turn on? So then sent me labels and now I will be getting my replacement soon, over all a great Experience.

I was a little surprised how easy this was to install. I am handy enough to safely do the wiring myself and that's about the hardest part. You do need to have a vacuum pump that is designed for AC systems to clear the lines of air and moisture before releasing the charge into the system. There are tons of videos on YT on how the end of the install should go with the pump and then the charge. I could not figure this part out using only the instructions provided. I will be buying more of these. I have two in my wife's Craft Shop and plan to install two more in hard to heat/cool bedrooms in our house. They work great. Her Craft Shop could almost be considered open air. It does not have any insulation, just a board and batten cover on a post frame. Very leaky. They do a great job dehumidifying the area and cooling it.

I had this installed in my 31 ft RV (fifth wheel). This is the best RV upgrade yet! I am really happy with how it looks and so far it appears to cool well. Hottest day we've had yet has only been 105 so we will see. But it has kept the place pretty comfortable. It is quick which is great! I find the remote is glitchy and I am unable to get the wifi to work as the QR code isn't working. I paid extra for wifi so I am a bit peeved about this. This is why it gets 3 stars as the wifi is SUPER important to me as I have dogs and needed to check on the temp and keep control of the unit when I am not home. I will now have to waste my time calling and see if I can get customer service to assist. I find that a real PITA.

Bought five of these for our new home. The work very well and are quiet on the low to medium settings. A little bit noisy on Hi settings but totally normal. Like most mini splits they are kind of ugly. I wish this brand would make recessed units that don't hang on the wall. The only issue I have had is that one of our five outdoor fan units and makes a lot of noise. I need to take it apart and tighten all of the screws and hardware to keep it from vibrating. Note. You we likely need a licensed HVAC sub to charge the line sets. Especially if you have to customize and braze any of the connections.

The item arrived faster than it initially said. When I unboxed it all appeared to be in order and the unit looks good. I followed the instructions to hang the infusion unit and worked with an hvac professional to install the outdoor condenser and lines. He commented how nice it was to have everything he needed included in the package. I’ve now been using it in a 400 sq ft space for 3 weeks and it works like a champ. I have not yet set up WiFi on it, but will be setting that up in the next week or so. Overall great value for a small mini-split system.

Don’t buy this unit!! We purchased this unit in spring of 2024 to cool our enclosed porch and the unit was only used to cool, now it’s 2026 and it has stop cooling even after we have spent over 500.00 for repairs. For the cost of the unit we should not have had these issues. Again don’t purchase this unit. And also the customer service responded oops.
