why do people blur out their license plates?

this decal does not blur your plates.it mounts above light and plates

Is this for just the scat pack decal or is it part of the full black out overlay? Thanks

Hi, This is just the "SCAT PACK" cut out... We do offer a tail light tint kit if you want to have your tail lights blacked out as well. Sincerely John Revion Autoworks

Do you have one to fit a challenger

Hi Darren, No unfortunately we don't make a kit like this for the Challenger. Sincerely John GridReady
