Can't get this on the shelf in Europe
I'm an American and I live in Europe and the yarn just isn't the same. Red heart and others like it are not available here on the shelf. It's just different/better to me from what's available here.

Soft and stunning color
Super soft and such a pretty color! Nice quality and doesn’t tangle. Easy to knit. Washes well by hand or gentle cycle in mesh bag.

Disappointed in yarn colors and texture.
I realize that the return date has passed. I have been out of state to help with parent care. I’m just returning home and I really have no need for this yarn. The yarn is still sealed in its original packaging. I can justify that Red Heart Yarn is really good yarn. I’m getting tired of knitting with acrylic yarns. The colors are not becoming. I’d like something happier and softer light color shades. I believe I’ve been a satisfactory customer. I’m hoping you’ll work with me. Thank you. Sincerely, Kristine
